Very wonderful hotel, staff were great! I had surgery and my husband called ahead of time to see if they could have keys all ready for us upon check in. The lady at the desk was wonderful, we walked in and just gave her my name and she had everything all ready for us and I could get to our room without having to stand at the desk. Very much appreciated! Room was clean and breakfast the next morning was very good.

We called this hotel for a last-minute reservation after our previously arranged accommodations fell through. I spoke with C.J. and he was super friendly/helpful, and got us a room that would accommodate our needs quite quickly. Check-in was easy, the room was just what we needed, and the breakfast was much nicer than most hotel breakfasts (re: it actually had some hot food, not just cereal and prepackaged muffins). The pool/hot tub were great, and the staff was all around super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location and would definitely stay again!

Excellent! The rooms, service, and staff were very good. Kelli Hancock was especially helpful as I forgot my sale signs Kelli accommodated me by printing up three simple signs which made my sale successful. A great place to stay. The staff from the front desk to the lovely ladies responsible for breakfast will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Great stay, we will be back. Give these employees raise, they definitely deserve appreciation from corporate.

After a long day of hiking and really looking forward to the hot tub just to find it closed. How disappointing to say the least! I tried the tub but it was horribly uncomfortable. Room was fine and breakfast was good. Lady taking care of was very nice - kiddos to you. The rest blah!

Booked last minute, needed an early check-in time for an event. Airbnb just doesn't cut it with flexibility! A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALYSSA, she was kind and helpful, which made the process smooth and stress free. Much appreciated as I don't get to spend much money on myself these days for things like this. Big plus on beauty products too!

I was ready to cancel my HHonors membership and never darken the door of Hilton owned property again. The Hilton app made an error on my booking costing me all of my points when my employer was actually paying for the room. The HHonors chat took 10 seconds to tell me too bad, so sad, nothing we can do as did the HHonors 800 #. Not even an attempt to make things right or even see if SOMETHING could be done...just a standard apology. But Alyssa P. the General Manager of this property, not only took time to investigate but has managed to get my points back!!! So Hilton, if you monitor these reviews, you should consider your sorry self SO fortunate to have a Manager like Alyssa on your team. She single handedly saved you a customer who spends over 200 nights a year in hotels. By the way, this hotel is awesome...clean, great pool and spa, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast plus a great location....and...best of all...it has Alyssa!!
